Reasonably priced. Great design

Looks great. Easy to install. Love my new curtain rods, but one end piece did not come with a secure pin to hold the end piece/ball. Thank goodness my husband is handy and was able to secure it with something he had in his shop. Other than this, I love it!

Sturdiness is and understatement.

This is the nicest curtain rod these hands have held. It very heavy feeling like it was fashioned for a castle. The hard wear was super classy.

Buy your own mounts

The rod is nice... and for the price it has a great appearance. The low rating I gave was for the mounting brackets. I put the curtain by the bed and someone pulled in the curtain by accident and the mount bent downward. So I would get different mounts. Otherwise a good deal

Beautiful rods

These are really pretty rods that have some substance. I bought them with rings and clips to hang large buffalo check curtains and the results were beautiful. They look very nice together. My only wish would have been if the rods would have come with a center bracket because the curtains I ordered were much heavier than expected. However, I knew when I purchased the rods that they didn't come with a center bracket so that's was no fault of the seller or manufacturer.

Customer Support Has Been Incredible

I have had a hell of a time receiving the proper hardware for this rod, but that being said, customer support has been phenomenal in working with me to get me the correct item. Yes, it took longer than I would have liked but they put a rush on the items until we got the right one sorted out, if you have any issues I have full confidence in saying the company and their customer service department will take great care of you.

Replacement finial was shipped fairly promply - especially in pandemic times!

It was a shame they shipped one of the finials in a damaged condition, but they did get on it and get a perfect one to me in a fairly fast manner!

Beautiful finish, but brackets could be a bit more durable

This thing is gorgeous! Truly beautiful! I also bought the matching clip rings and it looks perfect! The only caveat is the hardware. The brackets, though functional, leave a lot to be desired in the durability department. Mine have only been on the wall a couple weeks, and they are already bending. I think I will ultimately replace them with a nice carved wood or iron bracket I know will stay upright under the weight of curtains.

There maybe more pieces than you realize

Everything was easy to install, and the product itself is decently sturdy for being so light. (Noticed this from other reviews) Now I hope this last part helps anybody having trouble, the plastic grommet that goes where the two poles slide into each other (as seen in pic) was wedged into one end of the pipe likely from shipping and vibration. It needs to be pulled out or you won’t have a smooth transition when possibly opening or closing your curtains.

Sleek and stylish

Loved the simple sleek look of the product. Very easy to assemble and quite durable. Only complaint is they ran out of stock and we can not order more. Worth the money for the quality.

Good weight of metal and easy to install will hold curtains with the big rings
