Beware of Half effort sales and customer service

BEWARE, I WOULD GIVE IT NO STARS IF ALLOWED I really enjoyed the color and the chair. Got the box to only discovered that it’s one out of two chairs in box. I PAID FOR TWO. Waited over two weeks to a disappointment . Only problem with the set of 2.... Amazon delivered one out of two sets. Called customer service HOPING TO SEE IF THE OTHER SET WAS COMING BUT INSTEAD ONLY GOT a horrible insensitive response that “that’s all we had and we can only issue a refund.” Disregarding the fact that the ad on Amazon states “a set of 2” yet Amazon delivered one out of two chairs. Poor deceptive advertising for a customer who did nothing wrong. Paid the amount for two and waited for products which AMAZON COULD NOT FULFILL. Unprofessional. At least call or cancel beforehand if Amazon could not complete order. Either put the correct amount and price or take the false advertising off the Amazon page.
