Wonderful Fry Pan

This is another great fry pan from Circulon. Although the pan's outside dimension is rectangular, there is a round heating element that makes this pan work perfectly with induction and gas stoves. The sloped front is perfect for serving omelets. Cleanup is simplified by the nonstick wrap that extends from inside the pan to the top margin and onto the outside.

my eggs don't stick!

Japanese egg pan, instructions for use are in Japanese, but it works the same as an American Egg Pan. Truly, eggs don't stick, must be some Japanese Technology we haven't figured out yet. it is not 5.5 inches, it is more like 14cm. which is the perfect size pan for a one or two egg sandwich. well made, nice balance. beautiful finish, ergonomic handle... This pan will fry.
