Arrived in a smashed box and fully scuffed up!!

These literally just arrived. The box is completely smashed in on 2 corners and the black boots are full of large white scuff marks. They seem like they are going to run a little small as they are much smaller lined up to my other boots that I know fit. Very disappointed with these and how they arrived already damaged.
