I want to return this item.

I wish to return this pair of layton boots. There is a piece of metal that sticks in my right foot. This is very painful. Please provide me with your return process and information.

Ouch couldn’t get foot into boot!

It is beautifully made but fits much smaller than size. I order my regular size 8 I would have preferred an 8.5 due to winter socks etc. However there were no 8W or 8.5 available. So I bought a size 8 and my foot could not fit into the boot. You may need to buy a bigger size than you usual size!
