Just opened box and put on grill - looks very nice. BUT there’s no warranty card as mentioned in description. Can you help?

Lasted less than a year

Cover was the perfect size for my grill. However the straps disintegrated within a year. The cover seems to be holding up so I don’t understand why the straps are such a poor quality.

Nice cover

Bought for 8ft bbq island. Fits perfect. I placed some edge protectors on the island as they are sharp and can tear the cover as we live in a high windy area. Likes this product

Lasted less than a year (Updated)

The straps broke and the material ripped at stress points (where it touched the corner of the grill head and shelves). I updated this review and increased my rating based on the great customer service I received after notifying the manufacturer of my issues. After filing a warranty claim, they quickly replaced my grill cover. Hopefully, this was just a one off and the new cover will be great.

Large grill cover

This is the only cover wide enough to fit our older Viking grill. It’s a bit long but the buckles help adjust the length. Happy with it so far.

1.5 year cover

This is the second cover purchased from them. I have a bbq insert. The cover fits the bbq and surrounding brick perfectly. This cover gets sun all day and we have a big open backyard that the wind howls through. Only lasted 1.5 years. For the price I guess I purchase a new cover every 2 years if I baby it.

After 1 year

We have only owned this cover for a year and it has already torn. It started a hole in the strangest spot. Right on the front near the vent of the cover. We remove it from the sides first so I do not understand that the tear started where it did, but of course every time we remove it, it gets larger. Too bad was a nice cover but did not last very long at all!

Didn’t last a year..

Was great looking when it first arrived, but a year later and the straps have mostly disintegrated and snapped. Maybe 6 to 8 hours of direct sunlight each day and partially sheltered. Disappointing considering the price. Edit: so it hadn’t quite been a year. I submitted a warranty claim through their website. Provided a copy of my receipt and a couple pics of the cover and I received a brand new one in the mail a few weeks later. Hopefully the last one was a bad batch and the new one will hold up better!

It's decent but I've already torn the corners

Only took taking it on and off a couple of times to tear the corners on them. It is thick quality material but if you have any sharpness on your edges it will tear it. Because it's good quality I'm still giving it 4 out of 5 stars.
