Great product
Awesome product. Wore it as a base layer in Canada with -30f temps and definitely made a difference. Was warmer than everyone else!

Fabric is very thin and likely not durable...
I do like the fuzzy texture much more than ColdPruf's other styles that have a shinny & slick texture since it feels warmer to the skin. Alas, the fabric is very thin. The photo shows mine that has been washed 3 times in cold water and drip dried. The fabric is not stretched in the photo but it is held up to a bright ceiling. I suspect the undershirt will not be very durable. On the plus side it is warmer than I expected and good fore less severe temperatures.

Initial thoughts
I just got this shirt in the mail today. My thoughts, right out of the bag: 1) very lightweight and comfortable to wear 2) I've got about a 35" chest and this small fits pretty close to perfect. It sits comfortably and isn't too tight or too loose 3) The material is pretty thin, so I imagine this won't get too hot for the mild winters here in GA. You can almost see my hand through the material in my second photo 4) There are a couple of minor stitching flaws in the seams that contributed to a four star review instead of a five, see pics 3 &4. The bottom seam is probably going to need a little work to keep it from unraveling 5) I've never had a polypropylene shirt before and I notice the printed tag says "Line Dry". That's fine for out in the woods, but I suspect this thing is going to end up in the dryer at least once. A Note about the packaging: I received this shirt in a plastic bag inside a bubble-wrap envelope. Everything was sealed up tight and the shirt was folded and clipped in place with a couple of plastic clips on the shoulders. I pulled it all apart before it occurred to me that I had a camera in my pocket. It looked like this company cared about the presentation of their product. I appreciated that. Keep up the good work guys. I'll update this review once I've had a chance to wash and wear this shirt a few times.

Great for bike commuting in colder weather
Wonderful base layer shirt for biking in cold-ish weather. It breathes well and is quite warm. I'm pretty comfortable while doing light cycling in temperatures in the mid-30's (Fahrenheit) wearing just this and a light button-down shirt (and a light hat/mittens and pants, of course). At colder temperatures adding a jacket shouldn't be an issue for extra warmth. What I really like is that when I'm out of the cold weather, I can keep this on underneath my business casual attire in 70-ish degree indoor areas without feeling uncomfortable or too hot (but once I'm inside I'm sedentary - if you're active it would probably feel too warm to keep on all day in higher temps). The fit being looser than compression-style shirts also helps with all-day comfort. And at the end of the day it doesn't feel as gross as the base layers that are made out of polyester. So I could see wearing this for a couple of days before putting it with the dirty laundry if you're not especially sweaty. And it's pretty cheap for this sort of clothing! I was looking at expensive merino wool and Under Armuor shirts as alternatives for a base layer, but this works perfectly for me and it's way cheaper. Good stuff all around. Lastly - a note on fit. I'm a pretty small/average size guy... 5' 7", BMI right in the middle of the average zone, and not especially muscular or flabby. The small size fits me very comfortably, but the sleeves are maybe a tiny bit shorter than I'd like them to be. Based on the other comments,I have a feeling the medium size would be too large to be an improvement.

Decent shirt, irresponsible packaging.
Seems like a decent product. Doesn't seem like it's going to be super warm but I will see this friday. The sleeves are a little bit too short but I am 6'2". But large should've been long enough. Anyways my biggest complaint is that it came in a ton of packaging. The whole shirt was in a big plastic zipper bag (why?), had two plastic clips holding it folded (unnecessary) and had a piece of cardboard in the shirt to keep it folded flat (also unnecessary). I already bought the shirt. I don't need it to be folded perfectly on arrival. It's bad enough that it comes in a cardboard box and has a bunch of packing bubbles from amazon (also not necessary). In the shirt was also a cardboard circle (which they say on it that it is to be used as a coaster) that says they donate 1% of their sales to non-profit organizations that are dedicated to preserving the environment, which is ironic because it seems like their product is doing the exact opposite. Anyways that's my beef with it, but the shirt seems to be pretty decent.

Better fit than earlier version
It's polypropylene which is not common, but is quite warm for the weight and thickness. Easy to clean, quick to dry. Downside is that hair, such as dog hair, tends to accumulate quickly on exposed areas. So I only have a few of these ColdPruf tops and never wrestle with the dogs in my underwear.

great cheap base layer, though might roast you in the summer!
I'm 6'2 and very slim and decided to go with the 'small' instead of the medium tall, and i'm glad I did. it fits down to my hip, and while the sleeves only extend halfway past my elbows what matters is that it holds close to my skin with only a little extra space between. no joke, this stuff really holds your body heat in! it's like i suddenly grew a coat of fur, it's magical. the material it's made out of wicks away water and sweat, yet it still has a nice soft feel you'd expect from cotton. It's compactable too, easily balls up to about a half-liter. keep it away from fire, or even hot metal; i used the sleeve to pick up a pot right of the stove and it simply melted after touching the heated handle. beware though, if you're wearing this while hiking in the sun you'll sweat all the water out of you! won't soak into the shirt though, mine didn't even stink all that bad after wearing it for a few weeks, though it got so hot i just took it off and hiked shirtless, and only wore it after setting up camp. this is absolutely something i'd want if hiking below 40 degrees, it makes the perfect base layer for that.

Brrr! Better put on another layer.
I really like this shirt. It is warm without adding a lot of bulk. I am an active guy and I need something that moves with me, wicks away moisture, keeps me warm, doesn't get all nasty, and is easy to clean - especially when I am out in The Bush. Check, check, check, check, and check! Happy trails.

Buena compra

Prefiero Thermajohns.

Not Merino wool.
In the description it states that it is 100% Merino wool, however on the package and tag it states that it is 100% polypropylene. Huge difference. Sending this back ASAP.
