Ugh... velcro
I'm 6'2" 185 and wear a Medium Tall. I bought a medium and it fit great like a medium tall. The jacket was relatively warm at 10 degrees. The dealbreaker was velcro rather than buttons over the zipper. I hate the noise of it and pull apart each (6 or 7) velcro clasp? each time I took off the jacket was enough for me to send it back.

Very warm and light
Infinity technology really warm. You can wear it even with baselayer (imo) on slopes. Runs a little (half size) bigger. If you used to wear fit ski jackets buy a size down. I usually wear L with 6.1 and 183 lbs, and it's a little large. But you can wear two wool jumpers in winter and have no problem :)

Great jacket- size is not like other Columbia Ski Jackets
Recently ordered 3 different Columbia ski jackets to see which I liked best...this one, Centerport, and Last Tracks. I have the Powder Stash pants and love them. Returned Last Tracks because its a completely differnt fabric and collegiate navy looks different between the 2. LOVE the Centerport and will keep it...exact match with the Powder Stash pants. The Aerial Ascender is really nice....also a color match...but the size L is MUCH larger than the Size L in the Centerport or Last Tracks....will be sending it back. It is a much longer jacket than the others.

may be a longer jacket than you think.
This jacket is several inches longer than one would expect, even after accounting for a male model’s body vs. my own. It is nearly a parka, which depending on your expectations may be nice, but it also means the outer pockets are awkwardly low. They are so low that I've wondered if it is a QC issue. I tried a smaller size from a different vendor, but proportionally, the placement was the same. Other than that, it is actually a great jacket, lightweight and warm, and with several features (two-way zip, vents, thumb holes) otherwise hard to find in this price range. Still it is frustrating to have an item the departs pretty significantly from its depiction.

Super Warm
I love this coat. I live in MN and it can get well below zero. Wore this coat and was super toasty. It is great at stopping the wind from coming through. I love the pockets on this coat too. There is a large fishnet pocket on the lower ride side. On the left side, there is an inside pocket to slip in your cell phone. My favorite pocket is the pocket on the sleeve around the forearm area. A great spot to put car keys so you know exactly where they are at. This jacket is well worth the cash. You will not be disappointed.
