Runs a bit large and is very stiff

On the one hand the sweater is very warm . This is the plus side . I bought it for a trip to Iceland. I usually buy XS in Columbia but I thought it's to wear over a baselayer so took a S . I am 5.3 and 121 pounds . It is a bit shapeless though with a vest over the top better. Too stiff and a bit heavier than I expected. I am considering returning but it is an hassel from.abroad . My first item from Amazon that I don't really like .
