Well made product

We've been ordering these for years and they have always been a well constructed seat that keeps its shine for years, so long as they are cleaned properly and treated well.

Damaged On Arrival (Twice)

The first order arrived with cracks in the toilet seat, so I returned it and asked for another. The second order also arrived with cracks in the toilet seat. Should it be that difficult for the manufacturer to run decent quality control? I have now cancelled my order.
