I've cooked long enough to know these are great pans. Used them often over the last 8 months - one of them almost every day. I hand wash them and they clean up very easily. I think most cooks and wannabes would be happy with these. Great value. Would recommend.

LOVE HOW THEY HEST!

We live that food doesn’t stick, but most important we live that the pans heat evenly. I did have to order silicone utensils, wish they would have been part of the package....for a few extra bucks it would have been worth it for the company.

Nice Cookware

Bought as a gift for my daughter-in-law, and she really likes them. I have a couple of the Cook's skillets and I love them.

Gunk in the lid

I really like these on my induction cooktop the biggest problem I have is that water and food particles get into where the metal band of the lid holds the glass and it doesn’t drain it out. I’m thinking of returning them because of that.
