I have been ordering these door closer's for about a year now, I have bought about 20 or so. They seem to hold up well and do what they are intended to do without issue. I have been using them on solid wood doors 7 feet by 30-36 inches. I will add a 5th star if I do not have to replace then over the next 5 years, as durability is a big concern when ordering this type of product.

Closer's at a fair value

I use this door closer in my business and they do a decent job. My concern is they will inevitably begin to leak. The last few I purchased needed to be adjusted because they were slamming the door shut. After the adjustments the doors close better.
