Way too small for an XL

I have another set of Cosabella pj’s that are a large and fit perfect. This set was on a good sale but only XL was available so I purchased the XL. The top fit good. The bottoms were skin tight. Also, in the picture online the pjs looked white. They are light blue. Which didnt bother me. Very pretty and well made, just don’t get why the sizing is so different on all their pj’s.
