The Cuisinart CGS-1312 12-piece gourmet outdoor griddle tool set, made in China, claims to provide everything needed to master the griddle. I don’t know anyone with an outdoor griddle, but these are mostly the tools I used when working the griddle station at a greasy spoon. I never used egg rings though, they just weren’t important. The tools appear to be of good quality, although the material and size indicate they are meant for outdoor use. These tools can be used indoors as well, and have been used on my kitchen’s cooktop griddle. Be aware that the metal tools will scratch non-stick surfaces. If you need tools for griddle cooking or looking for a nice gift for someone that does, consider purchasing this tool set. There will likely be pieces that don’t get used, but you’ll also have everything you need as you learn and expand your cooking needs. ► PROS: Good collection of items 1-year limited warranty ► CONS: Not meant for use with non-stick surfaces

Everything you need for a griddle

We have a Blackstone griddle and got this kit as it had several items we were looking to get. Cuisinart is a high quality brand and these tools are all well made. Love the scrapers as this is a necessity with a griddle. The spatulas are nice and long so you don't get hit with any grease, etc. Probably my favorite thing is the cover. I didn't realize how useful this was until we started using it. I pop it over a burger I have on the griddle and it definitely seems to help with getting a consistent patty every time. Overall great set and a must have for any griddle.

Great 12 piece set if you can use them all. Good quality, versatile

This 12 piece set of grill accessories contains a wide range of utensils and tools. The spatulas and tongs are really high quality. Thick and durable. The handles are well made, although they could use some texture or shape to make them easier to grip for some people. All of the components to this set are useful for us. They work really well with our Cuisinart grill and griddle combo. The sauce bottles are flexible and easy to squeeze. I make my own bbq sauce so they come in handy. Overall this is a useful set. We are happy with it and it performs well.

Excellent quality set!

We were incredibly impressed with how useful this set has been this summer. All of the pieces are high quality and look as good as new. Even after being sent through the dishwasher a bunch of times. If you're looking for that hard to find gift for a grill master, look no further. My husband was geeked by all the pieces. It was an excellent find.

Become a Giddle Master with this kit!!

Everything you need to become the next Benihana griddle master in your own home. Whether it’s breakfast, lunch, or dinner, you’ll find everything you need. The four silicone egg rounds work well enough. You just need to set them up carefully before dropping in the egg. Had some of them leak out of the bottom because they’re a little flimsy. Other than than, the kit is solid. Only thing that would make it better is if I had a bigger griddle!!

Fun set of essentials

We recently got a flattop grill and my husband wanted a few griddle tools to try out with various food preparations. This is a great value and the perfect set; comes with a variety of tools that allow him to experiment and get creative. All of the tools so far seem to be heavy duty and I have no doubts they will last quite a while. We haven’t used the egg shapers yet, but they are next!
