Great price & design.

Was looking for one of these for my Weber bbq but it seems Weber does not make one. This one caught my eye at a great price and the Cuisinart name is excellent products.Fits well on bbq and easy to clean. Very thick.

Nice to have to prevent greasing up grill side plates.

It is very easy to clean, and grips the stainless steel side plate very well. It prevents laying the grilling tools directly on the steel, so it reduces scratching, and food dripping buildup. It cleans up nicely, is dishwasher safe if used in the upper rack only, and it seems pretty sturdy. I haven't had it long enough to give it a five, and I didn't rate heat resistance because I haven't had an issue where it was exposed to substantial heat, so it would be unfair to the product and readers of this to rate it for heat resistance.

Perfect for dirty utensils!

This provides an easy to clean space to place cooking utensils to that dirt and grease don’t end up on your grill side surfaces. I’ve laid a hot grill press on it with no I’ll effects.

Great addition

I got this to use on my Flat Top griddle outside. It is great, it's big enough to almost cover the entire shelf. I can set up to 3 spatulas or scrapers or etc. comfortably and it keeps all of the grease contained.

Not just for cooking!

I do a lot of technical solder work repairing electronics. I've tried many decent soldering work surfaces and benchtop accessories. The large surface area, deep grooves and hefty silicone weight is great for putting your hot tools/tips in while in use. The grooves make for convenient places to put your components without risk of sliding off the bench (reappearing in another dimension). The shape lends itself very well for working on larger boards (motherboard size) when using the hot air rework station. It doesn't deform due to heat soaking and the texture of the silicone keeps the board from slipping around. Obviously, its probably not a good idea to use this in the kitchen after working with it the way I describe. I mean, you could but, probably not a good idea unless you want cancer, or something.

Perfect for our griddles side table

This works really well on our griddles side table. It keeps it from getting scratched by the utensils and dirty. We like it so much we have one to our daughter for her griddle.
