An amazing lack of quality control.

I ordered this frame THREE times, and each one had two little gouges in the bottom left corner of the frame (see photo). As it was meant as a gift, I had to return and reorder the frame twice. Very disappointing - and an amazing lack of quality control. One would think that after each frame I returned, someone might actually LOOK at the item before sending me another damaged frame. I ended up ordering a Reed and Barton frame (fourth order is the charm, I hope!)

Beautiful frame

This sterling silver frame is beautiful. It was wrapped in packaging plastic, not felt, which detracted from it's presentation (it was a gift).
