Better than a brace

A knee brace was really uncomfortable and hurt more. This tape popped us as a recommended product when I purchased a knee brace so I bought it also & the brace is in a drawer & this has made it possible for me to keep moving & not be in constant pain.

Nice because I go to the gym several days in a row and stayed on.

I liked this because I was able use for more than one day. I used for my knees that were giving me trouble.

Good for recovery

Worked good for recovery. It has less stretch than other types of kinesiology tape. But the FIR emitters appear to help recovery. The adhesive appears to be high quality. I can develop rashes with the adhesive on cheaper adhesive bandages and tape. That can be a real problem with kinesiology tape because it limits how long you can leave it on. But I had no problem with this tape.

Not what I expected

For price - this product only stays on for one day. Other similar product one third the price stays on for 5 days.

Amazing

I have used KT tape for 4 years with mixed results --then i read about the infrared technology in the Ironman tape and so thought why not try it ? -- the results have been truly amazing -- my left knee pain has been reduced substantially and I am running at a faster pace and longer --I even ran 15 miles on the beach in San Diego last Sunday, my longest training run since 2016 --I now leave it on all the time --and I get about a week out of every strip --If you have tried all the other types of tape with mixed results then I would truly recommend giving this tape a try.
