Used 7 times and it broke the lats time we flew.

Large piece/ wheel non functional

Our luggage arrived 2 days before leaving for Our trip so it took Over a month to receive. We packed and while checking in our bags, we noticed the back right wheel had no guard around it therefore the wheel was creating a hole all Around it. Awful! We don't get back till march 11th and no where is there an option to chat with seller and get an exchange. Its nice luggage but inspect it thoroughly when you receive it.

Not durable

Purchased a 28 inch DELSEY Paris St. Tropez. Looks great but got 2 big cracks on my first flight out with it. To be fair I’m not sure if the airlines are to blame or Delsey but I’m very disappointed with the bag. Now I need to figure out how to use the warranty to…… Not the best use of my time.
