Great faucet/shower head

Decent set, unique faucet style.

Purchased this set for a newly remodeled bathroom. The finish is nice and I like the style. The shower head has 3 functions, one being pause. Water still comes out of the faucet a little when the shower head is in use. I don’t like that and will be calling delta to see if that’s normal. I like the wide, gentle shower function. It drenches you nicely and still conserves water. Overall I’m pleased with this selection. I choose Delta faucets mostly because of their great customer service and warranty.

Half Plastic & Discolored

We bought this thinking it would match the other brass pieces in our bathroom. The color is must less saturated in person- almost grey even though it was titled “champagne”. Half of the trim is also plastic painted over. It feels absolutely cheap for the price paid.

Lovely set - very classy and impressive

Really happy with this set. I replaced an existing Delta set with this in under 1.5 hours - having never done this before. The brushed nickle finish is beautiful and deals with water spots well. The materials feel substantial and just look classy. The shower head is absolutely enormous with 3 easy to adjust water flows. Make sure you have good water pressure since it will need it. Nothing negative to note, other than note the shower-head size since it may seem too large to some. It does make the other pieces look dwarfed as it's a bit out of proportion but it's still an awesome set.

Damaged when purchased a “new” item that was clearly used.

I paid $227 for new item instead of $170 for a used one. I received a used damaged item with plumbers tape and scratches from it being removed after installation. I am not happy and this is going to cost me more time and be very inconvenient to return now and try to locate a new one.

Perfect showerhead for what we needed

The showerhead and handle are well designed and sturdy. We purchased 2 sets to install at each end of our newly-remodeled walk-in shower.

Dark water spots on Champagne Bronze finish

This is a beautiful shower set and the color was the number one reason. After every shower you must completely dry any water spots or else water leaves dark spots all over the finish and it is not easy to polish back to original sheen. I have looked all over the internet for a solution with no luck.

Wanted to pay the money for a good one and leaked

Unbelievable. Wanted to spend the extra on a good brand and decent faucet customer service is impossible to get ahold of Amazon WONT help. And The faucet has now leaked down into my laundry room ruining the ceiling. I’m livid.

Made of Mostly plastic parts including faucet, taps and shower head.

I would not install this due to the fact it was made of plastic. I wouldn’t expect it to last too long. I can’t believe Delta puts its name on this. Maybe it’s a knock off? Sent it back immediately and was not given a full refund. Wasted my time and my money on this purchase. Buyer beware.
