Confusing instructions

The product is nice in quality but the instructions are a complete disaster. There are several different models in the instructions with some very poor diagrams which make the installation far more confusing and frustrating than it should be. Because of this, it took 2 hours to complete the install. The instructions also leave out some major details and one very big safety step which does not cover reinstalling one of the internal rings which keeps it from blowing the handle off the wall when the water is turned back on.

Good faucet

Good faucet. Install was simple, though I would recommend watching the YouTube install video as the written instructions leave some steps out. Overall good build quality though the temperature control valve feels a little cheap and plastic-y compared to the build quality of the rest of the trim. Not a deal breaker certainly

Gets water spots very easily.

It’s plain but nice…the only issue is that it’s a magnet for water spots. I find myself cleaning it every few days. I use a 50/50 mix of white vinegar and water as told by manufacture. My plumber had no issues installing it. I will update if any problems arise.

Used like New products not like new or even close

Amazon is getting pretty sloppy about selling “used like new” products. This is the third “Used, like new”Delta plumbing product that I bought this winter that was sloppily packed, parts rolling around loosely in box, scratches waiting to happen. No foam. Beware. Used to be a great deal, but not so sure, anymore. With the parts so loose, wont know if they are all there until installed. Buying garbage for a lot of money.

Wonderful

I cannot really answer about installation because someone did it for me, but it is beautiful! Stunning chrome! I was somewhat apprehensive about a "rain" type experience - I have always like a strong rush of water and wondered about rinsing, but this feels great and rinses well. If you like a lot of pressure, the hand held piece offer that and has various stream settings and it is nice to have that part to rinse the shower out. I would buy again.

Absolutely love

Works exactly as expected and wanted. Wide range from hot to cold so that you aren't micro-adjusting. Keeps the hot-cold ratio from shower to shower. Plumber installed so I can't provide much on that front except that there was no cursing involved :-) We are going to buy another for our Master Bath.

Looks great and works well.

I got it in black, looks great and works well. Note that this is pressure and temperature at once, so you can't control both separately, you just turn the handle from cold to hot and that's it, but that hasn't been a problem for me.

Its a pretty good valve trim once you learn how to set the temperature limit. My only grip is the plastic head for the temperature control, it feels cheap and flimsy.
