Poor craftsmanship

The paint looks totally faded with no true definition. The clock in no way resembles the pitcure as shown on the amazon web site.. Along with that there is a large hole in the wood that was filled and has no color at all. The back of the clock represents good quality , but the part that counts ,the front, is totally lacking. I'll have to be returning the clock.
