Would not even puncture a hardwood skirtboard to begin trimming it to be plumb at the base again (shifted due to settling). This bit is not universal and literally fell off of the dremel despite the fit pattern matching and staying in-place before it was actually locked onto the tool. The teeth wore significantly from simply attempting to plunge into the wood three times, and fell off each time while dremel was still powered on. Do not recommend at all (does not even deserve a 1-star), coming from someone who rarely does reviews.
