This thing sucks. 11 months in storage and it’s trash

Bought this in January 2020 and it is falling apart at the slightest touch now. Even worse it turns into a huge powdered mess every time I move it. Save your money. I want mine back.

Store and Protect

I stock up on gift wrap and wrapping supplies at after Christmas sales. Then when the next year's holidays role around I never can find them or they have been damaged,moved or misplaced. This container corrals the wrap and supplies in one colorful package. The container itself is bright and cheerful with a red, white, green and bright blue stripes. The sip operates smoothly and the capacity is good. It stores and protects. Easy to clean, just wipe with a damp sponge or cloth. a convenient way to keep wrap pristine and supplies handy.

Pluses and Minuses ...

I do like that this keeps one's wrapping-paper, bows, ribbons, etc. organized. Likewise, I appreciate how the zipper moves quite smoothly. However, there are a few drawbacks to this storage system. The most critical drawback is the soft top. While the sides and bottom of this container are reinforced, the top is left as a simple piece of fabric. Therefore, nothing can be stored on top of this. As a result, this might be good for tucking under a bed, but you probably wouldn't want this taking up valuable closet real-estate since nothing can be placed on top of it. Likewise, the thin fabric does limit your storage of this. You will probably want to skip those damp basements and garages. A craft room or a spare bedroom could work though. I think that most folks will be better off with the hard plastic bins (which can be stored anywhere and sealed well). Nonetheless, if you are going to be tucking this away under a bed or in a spare room, this could work.

Useful

I like to store things under my couch, but almost all the bins I get are too tall. This is great because it is so low that it fits under the couch. I really like that. It is soft so it can kind of bend a little to fit more. I like that it closes. It does a good job at what it's supposed to do. It's made for wrapping paper but really you can use it for anything. I put clothing in there. It is colored for Christmas, but it is not so blatant that you can't use it for everyday things. The quality is fine. I found it very convenient, and a good hard-to-find size.

Holds plenty pf wrapping paper and more

This holds a good number of wrapping paper rolls, along with other items. Inside mine I was able to put more than 8 rolls of paper, which is what this says it can hold up to. How many you can fit inside will have a lot to do with how thick those rolls of paper are. If the rolls are really thick then 8 might be the limit. But if they're more average sized like the type you get during the holidays for Christmas gifts then you will likely be able to put more than 8 rolls inside. There's also some clear pockets in the bin for keeping items like tags, tape, scissors, etc inside of. The area where you store rolls of paper is divided into two sections, with the bottom section being well sized for keeping bows or ribbon. This can hold a lot more then you'd first expect it to, and when filled up it holds its shape well. Works great!

Great Container!

I have always wanted to be someone who owned a gift wrap storage container and honestly it is everything I thought it would be! It says it holds up to 8 rolls but some of mine are a bit smaller and I was able to easily get 10 in there. I really like the divider at the top so that I can store my tape, scissors and ribbon up there so I don't have to go searching for them every time I need to wrap something. I noticed along the side there is clear plastic to store items and I was able to get some of the name tags and some twine and other small items that I use for the final touches on my presents. I am beyond happy with this DII Storage for Gift Wrap container!
