Wrong hardware sent with purchase

I received my baskets the other day and was excited to install them today, however they sent me the wrong size screws. The head is too small and slips through the hole in the basket. I had to use my own washers to make the screws fit the basket. But then when I went to screw them into the wall using the provided drywall anchors I quickly realized the anchors and the screws are not the same size. The screw thread doesn't catch. so now I can't even install them at all. As soon as the company sends me the correct hardware I will be happy to change my review but until then I'm pretty disappointed. Update: seems to be a common problem, I'm not gonna bother trying to get a replacement. I'm just gonna go buy my own screws. I really like the baskets so I don't want to return them. Just very disappointed they didn't send the right hardware. It's a very obvious size difference. Took away 2 stars for the wrong hardware. If correct hardware was given it would have been only 1 star removed for minor scratches on one of the baskets.

Great storage for our RV bathroom!

These worked perfect for adding some extra storage to our camper bathroom! I used bronze command hooks to hang them and they work great. Very sturdy and well made.

Sturdy and aesthetically pleasing

We wanted to add wired baskets to the wall that wasn’t protruding too much because it is in a hallway. This was perfect and suited our needs. It is sturdy enough to handle a bag of potato. Note: it has to be in the stud or like what we did, we put a piece of wood since the placement of the hooks is not exactly on the studs. I bought six baskets.

Christmas gift.

Really cute industrial and rustic at same time. Seem heavy duty, they are a gift so not sure on installment but it looks easy enough. Quite roomy, was able to fit wine, 2 glasses, coffee pkg. , tea pkg., and chocolates in one bin.

Drywall Anchors Don’t Hold Up

I like the look and feel of the baskets, and the concept of hanging on the wall is cool. However, the hardware —specifically the drywall anchors— are pretty crappy. I drilled my tiny hole for it, then went to tap it in, and the anchors all broke with the first tap, rendering them useless and making installation more difficult.

Cute extra storage!

We recently moved and our bathrooms are not very storage friendly at all. We got 4 of them, one for each of us. This is great to help everyone keep their stuff together, if it doesn't fit guess what you didn't need it. It holds a lot!

Right size, good value!

These worked perfectly for my lower kitchen cabinet. They are the right size for my paper products. I highly recommend.

Attractive and convenient

Great baskets for the bathroom. I roll my towels and store them in these baskets hung on the wall. Both attractive and convenient. My review lost one star for installation-- the bracket holes are much too large for the screw heads, so we had to find our own washers in order to secure these tightly to the wall.
