The four programmed timer settings are: (1) The turntable will rotate clockwise for one minute, then rest of 20 minutes, then repeat; which provides a total of 650 TPD. (2) The turntable will rotate counter-clockwise for two minutes, then rest of 28 minutes, then repeat; which provides a total of 900 TPD. (3) The turntable will rotate counter-clockwise for 3 minutes then rest for 27 minutes, then the turntable will rotate clockwise for 3 minutes then rest for 27 minutes, then repeat; which provides a total of 1350 TPD. (4) The turntable will rotate clockwise for 10 minutes then rotate counter-clockwise for 10 minutes (this will repeat for 1 hour), then rest for seven hours, then repeat; which provides a total of 1800 TPD. The near silent Japanese Mabuchi motor rotates the watches while you are not wearing them, mimicking the natural day to day movement while on your wrist. This winder is finished in a high gloss ebony wood finish and features a see through lid. The interior is lined with smooth black leatherette. We have added beautiful LED lighting to this winder to offer a nice accent to the watches are being wound. The LED lights can be turned off without turning the winder function off. This particular model has 30 LED lights built in. This winder has 4 different timer sequences which feature different turning directions. These settings are set by turning the knob inside the winder. The knob has 5 stops. 1st stop: Unit is off. 2nd stop: winder will rotate clockwise for 2 minutes and rest for 6 minutes. 3rd stop: winder will rotate counter-clockwise for 2 minutes and rest for 6 minutes. 4th stop: winder will rotate clockwise for 2 minutes, rest for 6 minutes then it will rotate counter-clockwise for 2 minutes, rest for 6 minutes. 5th stop: winder will rotate clockwise for 5 minutes then counter-clockwise for 5 minutes. We Have A Winner - Absolutely Awesome Watch Winder!!

Received my Diplomat 34-511 Phantom Wood Watch Winder from my wife as a Christmas Gift, however I've done extensive prior research prior to offering the Winder to my wife as a Recommended Gift for myself. Normally I'm not highly motivated to take time to do reviews however once I got this Bad Boy All Set Up I was so impressed with everything about this Winder I wanted to review it. There are so many winders out there and I found it hard myself to find one that I felt confident enough to buy. I have thousands of dollars wrapped up into my Watches so I didn't really have an issue investing another thousand in a High Quality Winder however many of those very expensive Winder don't have Great Reviews? So prior to my review I would like to thank all those reviewers before me as your insight truly helped bring this Bad Boy home. MY REVIEW: 1st - I'd like to Address how Quiet this Winder Actually is: It's as Quiet as the Mice, The Night Before Christmas and that's pretty dang quiet. Anyone who claims it isn't quiet must have Bionic Hearing or is an Alien from another planet that is very hyper sensitive when it comes to sound. I have this Winder placed very close to where I sleep and I don't hear anything. This Jewel of a Watch Winder is Very Quiet! 2nd - Not only is this Winder Quiet this Workhorse is Stunningly Beautiful and Offers Lightning and additional storage for 5 additional watches. The Lightning is Awesome!! I think it's one of the Coolest Features for me. Once I set it up I turned on the lights and to see all my watches on display was very pleasing. When I went to turn off the Light all my watches just sat there and glowed- Very Awesome Sight!! 3rd - The Case is Beautiful in its Color and Styling - It offers two power switches one for the Winder and one for the lights. Just High Quality Period!! I really don't have anything negative to review on here! This is a 100% Winner in all Categories. You'll actually receive a Watch Winder that offers all the Bells & Whistles for couple of hundred dollars - Which in itself is amazing!! For Now I'm giving this Winder a 5 STAR +++++ Rating with Zero Negatives!! I'll keep everyone posted if something goes south here but for now as far as this review is concerned Buy With Confidence!! All Systems Go!!

Affordable and Good Service

I had initial difficulty as the item did not come with the key. Admittedly very low level security, I still thought it should be included. Additionally, the protective plastic had been removed from the emblems, leading me to believe this was a returned item that someone neglected to repack with the key. Otherwise, the product worked perfectly. I contacted their support about getting a key and they stated the only solution was to replace the entire item. They were very easy to deal with. They sent me another one that was very obviously brand new and it worked fine. It makes a slight amount of noise that can be detected up to 2 feet away. The case quality is good and the window is not actual glass. Large watches may bump the window, but my ceramic Bell & Ross did not scratch it or get scratched. Tightening the watch on the pillow or removing the pillow bolster solved that problem. All in all, it is a reasonably affordable solution and they provided good service. Close inspection reveals budget materials, but this is expected given the price point.

Beautiful case, limited TPD options

It has a very attractive case and is relatively more compact than other four watch winder cases. The white LED lights are a nice touch, especially since they have their own on/off switch. There is a lot of vertical space in the front for six more watches, so you can put as big a watch as you have in there without any reservation. It's very quiet as well. My only concern with the case is the limited choices you have for the watch turntables. You have one Clockwise-only rate of 700 TPD, one CounterClockwise-only rate of 900 TPD, and two Bi-directional rates (1350 and 1800 TPD). It seems rather limiting to me and you have to be selective about which watches you pair in the two turntables. Hopefully you know your watches winding characteristics to make this pairing.

Very Nice Buy

We ordered the first one at Christmas, but it was delivered damaged. Once it was back in stock, we re-ordered it and have been very satisfied. We accommodated for most of its size, but forgot to consider the height once the lid is raised. Overall, it's very sleek and high profile and the winders work perfectly on all 4 different style watches. The only downfall is that the LED lights will only work with the plug adaptor, not on batteries.

Nice finish, very quiet

Nice finish, very quiet, pretty impressive looking with the light on. I didn't appreciate just how massive this thing was until it arrived. Make sure you check the measurements to ensure you have someplace to put it (where it won't look awkwardly gigantic for eating up all your nightstand space...)

Average winder for price.

This is about average compared to other winders I have known. The LED lights are way too bright for me to have on at night. I also own a winder from Olymbros. It costs 50% more but is twice as good.

This item is impressive. Its larger than expected too but in a good way. The LED lighting really adds to the display of your timepieces. Ive received many compliments on it by everyone who has seen it. I recommend this product to anyone in need of an automatic timepiece winder. It is nice to be able to pick the one you want to wear for the day and not have to reset the date and time every time, because I will sometimes wear a timepiece in the evening that is different from the one in the morning. I highly recommend it. ENJOY!!!
