The purple ball on the hat fell off on Christmas Day.

The purple ball fell off on Christmas morning. She loved it and does love it. However, the purple ball fell off the same day she opened it on Christmas. I told her the elves were very busy and probably didn’t see it in well enough. Also the hat and scarf are much smaller than they should be for the ages on website. Now I have to send it back and buy my daughter a new one. This is really the first time this has happened, some I’m all for 2nd chances. Thank you.

i got these for my 3 year old cousin and they fit her perfectly fine. they are the exact color and look and style as the photos. they seem like they are well made, no loose strings or anything like that.

Based off the reviews, I was a little skeptical when I didnt see many pictures for the item. But taking a hunch, I ordered and it was finally delivered today. It is absolutely perfect for my 4 year old, who is a Vampirina fan. The material is soft, the only issue might be that if if it gets washed it might “shrink.”
