This cleaner works better than your dollar-store, no-brand varieties, and better than the environmentally-safe varieties. I would say it is up there with 409, but it leaves a somewhat greasy film -- which is why they don't recommend you use it on glass, I suppose. It did help with the mineral droplet stains in my stainless steel sink -- this stuff plus a magic eraser nearly eliminated them from the sink. I had to use LimeAway toilet bowl cleaner (because it's thicker) to get the mineral deposits out of my glass coffee pot and around the faucet fixture. Works good on cutting through the stuff inside the fridge that leaked and dried since god-knows-when. Also did a pretty good job on the cupboards, pretty good on the tub. The smell is kind of horrid -- chemically. Fair price for 4 bottles, so I'll use it until it is gone. Hopefully by the, my 409 will be back in stock.

A Product Like No Other!

I originally bought Spifite after receiving a bad stain in my carpet. I sprayed it and started the clean up process. Best Cleaning product on the market. Fast Shipping, and I am a very satisfied customer. Will be ordering more!

Be smart

I've used spitfire for as long as I can remember. Maybe its the fumes but it works. And the fumes are not that strong, bleach is stronger. Be cautious, test-spot it but I have not found it to be damaging in my 15+ years of use. Upholstery, flooring, fabrics, linoleum, to grout. Ive tried most of it and haven't had any problems. I don't let it sit long. This product does the job quick. On paint I'd recommend getting it off asap but I do not see any streaks on my walls. That goes with most things. Just be cautious. For the money its well worth it.

Great cleaner

Very strong yet mild cleaner. Removes dirt, nicotine, odors. It works very well and doesn’t damage anything that I’ve cleaned, ie: wood; plastic; metal; porcelain; ceramic. The smell is listed as minty but I wouldn’t exactly call it that. I would say it’s more of a fresh scent.
