Good plates, not worth the price
These function like you'd expect Dixie paper plates to function. At around $.17 per plate, these are just way too expensive. Similar plates (both construction-wise & size-wise) come in at around $.10 each, so this price is just too far out there for me to recommend.

Best disposable plates!!
These are some the best disposable plates I’ve ever used. They are built so strong and you can hold a lot of stuff on just 1 plate. It doesn’t spill or bend at all. You get 500 plates in all, it comes 4 packs of 125 plates. They are 100% fiber paper plates. They are soak proof and cut resistant. You can also use these in the microwave, I used them in the microwave tons of times and never had any problems at all. They are coated with a waxy like substance so that’s what helps them not leak like regular paper plates do. These are a unique Kraft paper design that helps these plates to be sturdy and strong. I’ve used these everyday since getting them and I’ve not had one bend or spill yet. I’m very happy with these plates and would definitely purchase again. You get 500 in all so they should last a while and honestly you can reuse these too, I’ve resused quiet a few of them already lol. Overall, these are nice sturdy plates, they are a little pricey but they are worth it to me to keep from having to wash so many dishes lol. Would definitely purchase again!! Would Highly Recommend!!

Nice quality plates, a bit pricey
I ordered these in the 10” and 8.5” sizes as my family uses a lot of paper plates. I like that these are recycled so I don’t have to feel quite as bad about the waste. I was worried that the recycled part would make the texture kind of weird and Kraft paper like but they’re actually pretty similar to regular Dixie paper plates. They’re ever so slightly less smooth/glossy but not enough to make much of a difference in how they feel in your hand and hold up. We like to use the 8.5” size for our kids to eat lunch and dinner off of. They’re usually too small for an adult dinner but are great for snacks or dessert etc. The 10” size feel big and a bit of a waste to give to the kids but are great for adult meals on the “I don’t want to do a bunch of dishes” nights. They seem to hold up to most normal foods great and even some pretty juicy foods of my kids don’t soak through. My husband likes that he can fold the 10” plate in half and stuff it in his lunch box and it doesn’t tear or compromise the integrity of the plate. I love that these come in such bulk options other than I have to make space in my pantry for them. I hate having to buy stuff like this so the less often I have to do it the better. My only complaint though is the price. I definitely think it’s acceptable to charge more for recycled product but the price point just seems a bit high for me for something I’m going to turn around and throw away. I would have. A hard time justifying buying more in the future considering I can get the nicer looking non recycled plates for a bit cheaper. I also am the kind of person that usually buys the odd brand at Sam’s club to save even more. So I guess the decision to purchase these comes down to how much you really want to do better for the environment. I definitely think they maintain the Dixie quality though so they’re definitely a good environmentally friendly option.

Well made
Well made good value doesn't leak sturdy enough to hold quite a bit of food pretty cut resistant

I got fooled
These are made by the company I usually buy from, and they are the same shape and size. That said because of my interest in doing something recycled you have to use two to get the quality of the regular ones. I’m really disappointed I got so many of them. I can’t wait to burn through them. Would not buy again and would not recommend you buy them in the first place.

Quite functional and useful.
I don't have a full sized dishwasher and have five people in my home- I sometimes get tired of washing so many dishes, and anything to help cut the dish load down when I'm not feeling up for a whole sinkfull several times a day makes a difference. I really like the idea of using unbleached recycled and recyclable paper plates, and these have met my expectations well. These plates are fairly sturdy for paper plates, and have been coated with a kind of waxy substance that repels liquids that would cause other paper plates to soak through, and possibly fall apart. These plates won't even get stuck to scrambled eggs and loads of melted cheese- it's nice to not have paper get glued onto my food like some paper plates will. Food can be cut on these plates without damaging them, they can even handle steak knives cutting into meats. These plates will not hold a lot of food weight without bending, so if carrying around a full plate or foods with liquids (like spaghetti) use both hands to hold it. For heavy meals like grilled/bbq meats and potatoes where people will be carrying their food, I'd recommend palm leaf plates over these. For parties or simply for convenience's sake, these paper plates are a very good option to have on hand, and I'm quite satisfied with them. Very "green" plates. Recycled and less material. Strong tear resistance but thin.
Build quality: The plates are well built, and separate easily. They have a water resistant (wax?) coating. The paper doesn't tear easily (made with strong kraft paper) Durable The plates themselves hold wet food well and do not break down and become weak. They do not tear easily or rip. Sturdy-ish The plates are fine for holding food and carrying a full plate with two hands. They will bend if you try to hold a loaded plate by one side (like you hold a frisbee). In short they were a bit thinner than I expected but but totally usable. Green: Not only is the plate made with recycled fiber, there is less material in the plate which also conserves resources. Final thoughts: These are fine plates that I recommend. They are excellent for seated plates but you may need to use caution when carrying them or using them on a lap etc.
