Strap broke

Liked purse until strap broke totally off.

Beautiful but extremely bad done

I used this purse only yesterday to go to the hospital and today when I went to the pharmacy suddenly it broke. The content in the purse was my keys, a little wallet and my iPhone (the iPhone is not on the picture for obvious reason). I couldn’t believe it, ashamed and confused. The bag is beautiful but it’s was defective and very bad done. The cheapest bag have better stitching. Don’t know if is fake also because coming from DKNY brand this is not normal at all. I don’t recommend it at all. Returning it back.
