The 12 was too small for me around the shoulders. I ordered a 14 and that was even smaller than the 12. I ordered a 16 and it fits (I’m 5’8, size 6 pants) I removed the cheap looking snap buttons and I’m going to buy some black ones to make it look more elegant. I really like the fit and style
