Great help for short-legged me

I'm a smidge over 5 feet, 4 inches, and my office chair doesn't adjust close enough to the floor. This backrest has made my life much more enjoyable at work, as I don't tire as easily and I can get up and down with greater ease. In fact, I brought my office chair home (an OfficeMax EZ no-assembly chair) and am buying a second one and a second backrest to replace it. I don't use the little velcro support at all. This backrest is quite thick (five inches in the lumbar area) and firm. It gives much more support than my vibrating memory foam lumbar cushion. It has an elastic loop that fits over the top of the chair. I've used it for 18 months and it's as good as the day I bought it. The only thing I wish is that there was a black model to blend in with my office chair upholstery.

Narrow and very firm pillow - measure before ordering

It's measurements are somewhere on this busy page, but I fear this is Way Too Narrow for the average American adult. The wings are sharp, and the pillow is quite firm - good, if you like that. i'm a large American adult. It would poke hard into my rib cage rather than cuddle my sore back and sides. Extra-tall? maybe. Narrow? for me. i recommend measuring before purchase. My mistake. Returns: Being disabled, I can get behind (9 days) on chores like Returns. When it Did come to the top of my priority list, i can't return it! I'm past some arbitrary date set for the healthy ...I'll call customer service...

Excellent product

Product of excellent quality, as pictured, sturdy and comfortable. No fuss, due to elastic band that keeps it in place on my desk chair. Greatly reduced lower back pain related to prolonged seating due to lumbar support and ability o use this product to adjust chair to a more upright position (recommended ergonomics). Revolutionized my work station! Would recommend to friends and buy again from this seller.

As described, works well, but I wish it had a zipper cover as it is a bit thick for me. I would trim about an inch in thickness.

Buying this here saved me a lot of money This product gives good support to my lower back. Because it's adjustable, it was easy to adjust to get the support I needed in the right spot. I like the density and firmness of the adjustable padding. The thickness of the pad is just perfect -- not too thin, not too thick.

Swing and a miss

This was advertised as form contouring foam. Maybe if my entire back was made of bone it would be form contouring. Way too stiff of a foam for me. It feels like the support foam that's suppose to go under memory foam. I'm returning mine. I like the bucket shape, the overall size, and movable pillow but that definitely doesn't make up for how stiff and uncomfortable it felt.
