The buckles around the ring broke

Less than 2 uses and the ring buckles broke badly. I am not happy about this. I can't return it too.

Not a good product.

Went to use for the first time to charge the product and went to detach the plug from the harness and 4 out of the 4 snaps stayed attached to the harness. Now the plug doesn't stay attached . It just moves around.Did not even get to try out with my wife.

Immediately broke with first use

The buttons holding the vac-u-lock peg to the harness immediately popped off the peg when first taking it out to charge the vibrating plug. The straps also wouldn't stay buttoned. Get a leather harness instead, they're far more durable.

Won’t turn on, can’t return

I got this an attempted to charge it. It doesn’t work. Won’t take or hold a charge, won’t turn on. I don’t know if it’s the base unit or the remote but it doesn’t work. The rest of the harness looks pretty good. It is a non returnable item so now I’m stuck with it.

Stops working

The vibrating plug stopped working on the second use. It was fully charged and worked for about 2 minutes ad then stopped. Now it’s just an expensive regular plug.
