Seems are comings apart after two hand washing

I love this Dockers jacket. Traps air to help stay warm. However owned less than three months with delicate hand wash setting and hang dry yet seems are completely coming apart. Unfortunately return window has closed. I must have gotten a defective garment .

Nice jacket

Nice jacket, just a bit tight across the shoulders. It is a bit heavier than expected, but quality appears to be good, although not what I wanted.

Zipper broke after 2 months

I gave this as a Christmas gift and after just 2 months the zipper has broke.
