Good finish but 3/4" hex

Finish appears to be a black epoxy. These are 3/4" (19mm) hex size. Overall bulge seat diameter is 23mm. Its very odd that the Dorman 711-305 Chrome wheel nuts (same part number but in chrome) are 13/16" (21mm) hex size and 24mm overall bulge seat diameter. Unfortunately I had to send these back as my OEM Volvo rims have 21mm bolt hole and the black versions of these wheel nuts don't have enough seat area for my comfort.
