The fit Is All Wrong
Wide feet, narrow feet, short feet, long feet. No matter what you got at the end of your stems, there are some universal realities. There are three points of adjustments on these sandals, and inexplicably, the two primary straps offer identical adjustment. Thus, the span towards the end of your feet allows for a width beyond what most people work with, and at its tightest, it's still gonna be silly loose for a normal width foot. The span just below the ankle, where the foot is widest, offers no greater circumference than the strap toward the toes, and at its loosest, is tight on the same normal width foot. Gods have mercy on those with a high arch! A foot angles down vertically from the leg. So you could purchase some looseness in this sandal by maximizing the length of the back strap. But what you're going to then be left with is a heel precariously close to the back of the sole, and a great deal of play in the front, with forward and backwards slide as you walk. All in all, there is no real regard for foot anatomy in the design of this thing. The sole is comfortable to stand on, and being Docs, one has to assume, and hope for, quality too. But since this thing is obviously built for the same cost as a bowl of rice, that hope may be premature. I sat on a purchase order for literally over sixty days, only to find a ponderous product that was impressive in it's capacity to be simultaneously too large and too small in the most surprising places. I don't know what this is, but for Docs, they feel like Alibaba forgery.
