Pompom not as expected

Hat is super cute and adjustable strap is great for adjusting size. Very disappointed in the pompom or puff on the top of the hat. Based on pictures it appeared like it would be much larger, round, and soft. That is not the case. It is a hard rectangle with some pink "hair" attached. It doesn't sit right and because it's a solid rectangle it flops around. Very disappointed. Am thinking of cutting it off and making my own.

The cap arrived as scheduled. It is a wonderful buy. It fits our 4 year old and it is absolutely darling. She has not taken it off since she got it. So perfect for the lake to keep from getting burned.

My 2.5 yr old grandson loves every thing Troll. He wears the hat everyday. The quality is good, colors are bright.
