Loose and odd fitting but nice quality

I wanted to love this dress! :( The quality is great, but it falls short in so many ways. I ordered a Medium. I am 5'9 and 149 lbs. The dress is a little heavy so it sags in certain areas. It isn't very form fitting around the waist. Also the back is open pretty low so a regular bra cannot be worn with it.
