Good bit at a good price.

I needed an extra long drill bit for a project, looked at the local hardware stores and if they even had it in stock they were very pricey, I found this one on Amazon at a much better price and it has worked great, will order from them next time I need a bit.

Does the job

The first one I had ordered snagged and immediate broke in half. Fortunately, Amazon took care of the return easily as usual, and I was able to get a replacement. Once I had the new one, it was able to do the job I needed it for (drilling into an aluminum cylinder head). Other than the initial break, there were no issues with the quality of the bit.

Decent drill bit

Other than, because I tend to be heavy-handed and impatient, I break them more often than other people, I have no problem with these; I just buy a few at a time and I'm 'off to see the Wizard'. Rating these at four stars seems fair.

Worked fine for my application. Note, the flutes are relatively short compared to the shaft; so if you need to drill past them you will need to back out frequently to clear the chips.

Well made, cuts well.

I especially like cobalt drills - they cut into steel much better than the other ones, and are well worth the extra cost.
