Great product - easy to use
Very well made product and easy to install

Easy to put in, does not fill a large gap
This is definitely a small gap filler. I put it around the frame of my front door to replace the old weatherstripping and when I shut the door, I could see light and feel a draft coming through. It works really well on our inside doors, though. It keeps warm air and noise in its place. But I recommend a different entrance door weatherstripping.

Didn’t stick well
Super easy to install, only scissors needed. Great thickness. I really want to like this product but after opening and closing my door a few times the bottom half just didn’t stick.

Wanted it to be good
Got this to weatherproof my milsbo cabinet, wish I would have gotten a fuzzy weathering strip instead. The adhesive strip doesn’t stick well to the cabinet, after a few times of opening and closing the door it lifted right off. Also getting the paper off the adhesive to make it stick was the worst. I had to use tweezers to get it off, and it took so long all for me to end up having to remove it all. If you’re putting in a window or something it may be fine, but this was a big headache for my project.

Great seal for the front door!
Sealed up the open area that was letting a draft in and was easy to install. Love that you can use it as 2 strips or tear it apart and save one for another use elsewhere.

Good weather seal
The adhesive on this weather seal is better than others I have used in the past. I used this on a door with a small gap and it stopped the leaking of warm air very well. I have now opened and closed the door at least 15 times (it is a storage room that I do not use every day) and the strip is staying in place very well. Definitely recommend.

there really is no reason not to go with the name brand one.
My apartment door has always had a large gap in it. The door slams loudly and during windy nights, you can hear the door move with the breezes from the hallway. I got one of those cheap knock off brand door sealers, and it wasn't very good. I finally decided to go on amazon and check out a name brand product. The quality difference is night and day. Considering a cheap brand is only a couple of dollars less than duck brand, there really is no reason not to go with the name brand one. Installation is a breeze. Peeled off the thin weatherstripping on the door. Cleaned off the surface with cleaning solution. Then cut three portions for the top and side sills of the door. Application is simple and takes 5 minutes. I did mis-align at one point and had to pull off and reapply. It was not easy as the adhesive is very strong. The weather stripping did a great job. No more gap. The door closes firmly, with no wiggling after it is closed. There is unfortunately still a loud slam, so not much dampening sound wise. I will say there is one corner of the door where the weatherstripping started to peel. I noticed I hadn't cleaned that corner well and there was still a bit of old weatherstripping there. So make sure the area is perfectly clean for the best possible seal. The biggest problem with this is something that can come up often. Since the door gap is now closed, the door will sit farther back. This means the latch and lock does not as easily hit the strike plate. In fact it requires slight pressure from the inside when locking, as well as slight pulling when locking/unlocking from the outside. It's definitely annoying. I've actually seen on youtube that this can be so bad for some people that they need to move the strike plate back by drilling and carving. Be very aware if you have a huge gap without much leeway on the strike plate that this could be a possibility.

Revised Helped a lot but now it's not sticking well.
It was not much over 50 degrees F when I installed and I wasn't sure it would stick good. The next day the top came loose but after resticking it has stayed up fine. It really helps with the gaps in the door and the door shuts much quieter now that it's not metal on metal. Edited to add: After a few months it's not sticking well Coming loose at the top and bottom. Disappointing.

A bit too expensive
Easy to install, yes i give this 5 star for easy to install. Adhesive works great if you it on windows or door frame. But for some that being use often such as thresholds/ door sill the adhesive not very string, after ooen and close the door few time it started to peeling off and the foam started to get ripped. I believe the price a little to high, the materials not more then foam and double sided tape. It does the job temporarily, cant use this for permanent long term use. For door use, i still can feel the draft coming, but for windows it works great for some reason.

Very very good!
Used this to seal my door which had huge gaps, and has mosquitoes and dust coming in. It did the job perfectly, has remained in position despite the enormous pressure exerted on it. Now it blocks all the light/sound/dust, and I am very happy with it. Will highly recommend! Please note that one package has enough to cover just one door, that too when it is split into two.

Wastage of money

Seal protection is nice, but adhesiveness is very poor specially towards the end. 3/4 of the seal fit just 1 side of a door.
Seal installed fine until about last quarter of the length of the product, where seal started to be more curly and there was minimum or no stickiness from adhesive. 3/4 of the seal, where stickiness was better, fit just 1 side of an outside door where it nicely improved air draft protection around the door.
