Always High Quality

This is my second purchase of a Duck Cover for my outdoor fire pit. It is a replacement for my first one which is approximately 10 years old, and although still quite functional, no longer matched my new outdoor furniture. What a pleasant surprise to see that they have made the product even better! The underside of this cover has a very durable layer of vinyl which is even more of a protectant against rain and moisture than the original, which was also good but not quite as substantial. I highly recommend any Duck Cover products of keeping your outdoor patio furniture and fire pits safe from the weather.

32” is tight but nice materials

Purchased this for my 32” square fire pit. Read all the reviews and am skeptable that I’ll be satasfied in the long run. Problem I’m thinking about is from radiant heat outside on the deck and the water proof material coming off and sticking to the pit top. The warranty will only cover the cover, not the finish of the pit. So I placed a piece of thick plastic over the top prior to covering it. Just on the top not overlapping the sides. Checked it the next day and though the pit top was very hot, no problem. Seems to be made well and of nice materials. My only other concern is the size. As stated, it is a 32” pit and I purchase a 32” cover. It is tight and I am scarred if there is any shrinking at all, the cover will rip at some point. As there are no 33” (non black) covers on the market that I could locate, this will have to do. Side note: I did buy it from Amazon as a “like new” return and save a bit. Size may be the reason it was returned(?).

Lasted almost three years

The cover fit our firepit perfectly and the adjustable straps in the corners to cinch the cover tight worked well. The cover looked really nice for the first year. Into the second year it began to fade but still held up well. Two months shy of the third year, the material completely broke down and adhered to our firepit. We had to scrape the remaining bits off the edges of the firepit, which caused some cosmetic damage to our firepit.

Works as Advertised!

This item works great, it has seen several storms so far, and has worked as advertised (table stays dry). It has a great feel and look of quality. Only time will tell, but I believe I will get many years of service from this product.

Duck Covers are the Best

I have bought lots of different patio furniture covers on Amazon, including Amazon basics. The duck covers are hands-down the best of all. Most of the other ones only last a season before ripping. We have hot summers where I am and on many of the other brands, the fabric just deteriorates and shreds and rips. Not so on the duck covers.

Weather resistant covers for all outdoor belongings. Drawback is they decay after two seasons.

These are not only attractive covers but very functional covers. We have used for patio furniture to BBQ. Great protection from the elements.
