PRODUCT DESCRIPTION Tyvek garments are composed of flash spun high density polyethylene which creates a unique, nonwoven material available only from DuPont. Tyvek provides an ideal balance of protection, durability and comfort of any limited use fabric technology. Tyvek fabric offers an inherent barrier to small size particles. Protection is built into the fabric itself; there are no films or laminates to abrade or wear away. Tyvek fabric's durability advantage over microporous film fabrics delivers consistently better barrier, even after wear and abrasion. Applications include: lead and asbestos abatement/remedation, general maintenance/operations, spray painting, general clean-up. be sure to order at least one size larger in order to fit over clothing
I guessed and ordered a size larger than my size in order to fit over my clothes. That worked okay, but I could have gone two sizes larger for even more loose fitting comfort.

These save your clothes and skin when painting
These definitely will save your clothes and skin from paint. The Dupont fabric is surprisingly durable. I used the first pair for painting a deck and house. Multiple re-use was no problem. After using one for a week, I tried putting it in a washer on gentle cycle with detergent. It came out with no torn areas, the zipper intact and reasonably clean (Amazon....Do Not Tell my wife). I bought one size larger than normal to fit over clothes and have freedom of movement. I normally wear Large in clothes and XL on the coveralls worked perfectly.

I bought these for when I have to crawl around in my attic. I have a shallow-slope ranch house and you have to crawl around most of the attic on hands and knees. I hate getting insulation all over me and itching for a day. I usually buy cheapo coveralls from harbor freight. These are slightly cheaper and far superior in every way. The material is surprisingly sturdy. Only drawback (and I don’t fault the product at all because it is only doing what it is designed to do) is that it doesn’t breathe at all. About 15 minutes in and I was sweating like crazy. Again, I take that as a sign of these being waterproof and doing precisely what they are supposed to do, but for those (like me) who are new to tyvek products, you should know that this is essentially a sweatsuit. Will buy again when these wear out (which will probably be a decade from now considering how sturdy they are).

Mine is bigger suit worn twice now no blowouts Husband's size true had a blowout 1st time wearing .
Very annoyed that husband's suit blew out very first time wearing. I was the one gardening on my knees and cleaning tumeric just dug up. My suit is fine. I think my husband should get a new suit. So order size larger than you wear.

Great for gardening
I LOVE these for working in the garden. I just hate getting dirty when I have to get down on my hands and knees to plant. I can usually use one for a month since they are very durable. They do get hot when it's hot outside but heck you can garden in your underwear in these!

Great for painting and similar messy jobs
These are great! I use mine when doing painting around the house. Don’t have to change into “painting clothes” with these. They seem very durable for “disposable”. I’ve worn mine the last three days on my painting project. I’m 6’ 2 1/2” and slim, and the XL size is perfect.
