You need to know how thick the foam needs to be for your situation.
A little thick for me.

No adhesion good absorbency
No adhesion good absorbency! but, if what you put over to hold in place is not good and sticky it will fall out or off!

Non-Stick
These pads are wonderful for open sores. The pad will not stick to the area. It also has great absortion. They are a little spendy compared to other bandage products, but they do not stick to the area allowing the skin to heal.

I thought these were adhesive but they're not ????
I accidentally bought the wrong ones for my grandma who I'm a caregiver for. She has a bed sore on her back that always has to be cared for. So my intention was to buy her the ones that are like a sticker but I still use these. I have medical tape to keep it secure so it doesn't go to waste. ????

Adequate but not as absorbent as pricier name brand
We bought these as they are far more economical than Tegaderm foam. The tradeoff is that they are not nearly as absorbent. Where Tegaderm is made up of multiple layers of materials, this product is a simple foam pad. If you're treating a wound with low to medium exudate, this should may be fine for you if you don't leave it on too long. Our treatment required a dense layer of Sivladene creme, which leaves a slimy mess behind (this is normal for Silvadene) that this pad will not absorb like Tegaderm does. This didn't cause problems with the wound bed, but it does make dressing changes messier and leakage was occurring around the pad edges. We ended up supplementing the foam pad with ABD pads and a gauze wrap to absorb leakage from the edges of the Curafoam pad. Despite these challenges, it's still a good economical solution.

Effective
Product was purchased for my mother who has pressure sores on her coccyx area. This helped with keeping her more comfortable.
