Needs to be higher
My husband is disabled. I wish it had extension legs you can add if needed. I looked and could not find them.

Weight capacity 250 lbs.
Although the description of this product on Amazon says the weight capacity is 300, the box says 250. I have it all together and in place by the bed now. I should send it back as it is unsafe for the situation but I am so tired...

Keeping this item but don’t know if I recommend it.
Nice looking item and easy to assemble. The top bar to hold onto has a Cover with pockets which is nice but the seams are very sharp and if you’re not careful they do hurt. I don’t like it is so light weight and one does need to be careful when using.

Nice design and easy to put together
I like the design and in its place it works well, but it still tips just a little too.easy to feel safe. If I am very careful, it serves its purpose like standing in the kitchen or at the laundry where you don't want a big walker in the way.

Moves too much to help patient get out of bed
Had to return this item. It was not stable enough to help my 130 lb patient get out of bed. It might work for some applications but it didn’t work for what we needed it to. Ended up buying a more expensive item, a pole that runs from floor to ceailing with handrail type twists to help him get up. He felt safer getting out of bed because the new pole is anchored to the ceiling and doesn’t move.

Very unstable for a larger person.
We tried this out for my son, who is ill, and needs help getting out it bed. He is about 250 pounds and this was very unstable when he put much weight on it. It might be ok for a smaller person with strong arms, but it didn’t work for my son. Unfortunately, I missed the return window by one day, so I’m stuck with it. I thought the return window was one month, but the Amazon site said it was delivered on July13th, but the return deadline was August 8th??? Tried to contact Amazon, but was put on hold, and after 1 hour and 20 minutes, I gave up. Pretty discouraged all the way around
