Instant hot water

Took a little time getting it installed but once inline it works great. Under the kitchen sink and the entire family loves not having to wait minutes for hot water to flow.

Arrived defective

Bought 4 and when installed one of them was defective. Been just over 30 days since contractors are not easy to schedule and now I cannot get a replacement.

Do Not buy!

Horrible product! One shower then it burned up the element. Replaced element and had hot water for 1 minute shut faucet off unit started making loud noise then nothing no noise no hot water. Complete garbage!!!!

CUSTOMER SERVICE = DOES NOT EXIST

we had this for a year and it worked fine. it stopped working so i called customer service. 90 minutes on hold until I finally left a message for them to return my call in 24 hours. I never got a return call. I sent 2 emails asking for help = still, nothing back. So if it works for you thats great, but if it fails do NOT expect any help or return calls or emails for this company. They do not exist!
