Not very comfortable

This was bought to ease neck problems due to slipped discs and tension in my neck. The product is stiff and very uncomfortable to use. I chose this model because of the heat option. Though it did have a very slight warmth to it, it certainly shouldn’t be classified as heated, IMO.
