Easy to install , flawless functionality
Have installed 50+ of these switches in various configurations throughout my house , all work great . Not sure why the non neutral is so much more expensive , but great that it’s an option where needed . Love z wave

If you want the smart home aspect, find another brand
UPDATE: So while these don't sync up to Alexa the way I wanted, they do function as desired. Really, the problem is with Amazon/Alexa. I can't even really explain what's going on with it because it's so confusing. In summary, in my office there is a Dot that is "assigned" to my Amazon "account". In my account I had to add Alarm.com as a skill. Since I did, I can be in my office and tell Alexa to turn on the Kitchen light. But if I'm in the kitchen, where the kitchen Alexa Show is - which is connected to my wife's "account", who has NOT added Alarm.com as a skill, if I say Alexa turn on the Kitchen light, she says it doesn't have that functionality. We're on a household Amazon account, but for some reason, not everything gets shared. Every other light I have of these enbrighten, works with Alexa, except the 4-way switch in the kitchen, which ONLY works with MY account - assuming because my wife has not yet added Alarm.com as a skill. You see, it's just unnecessarily convoluted. I need to just get my wife to add the skill and see if that fixes it. Just a heads up though, if you do have multiple Alexa devices, make sure they're all on the same account, and take care of the setup all on the same account. I'm knees deep in these switches, since I ordered and installed probably 6 of them - from motion sensor lights to dimmers and even a 4-way dimmer switch. They plug into your existing wiring pretty easily and they function manually just fine. It's the app and smart home capabilities, like trying to connect it to Alexa that are horrible. You'll find yourself in a loop of confusion. If you go to the Alexa app and try to add the light as a device, it'll tell you to get the enbrighten app and first add it there. However, the enbrighten app can't find any devices. It'll tell you to put the switch in discovery mode, but doesn't tell you how to do that. When you sift through pages that supposedly try to tell you how to turn discovery mode on, it describes a method that doesn't exist. Specifically, for dimmer switches, It says to take the cover off and press the program button for 5 seconds. Well, there isn't a program button, it does not exist. So there's no way to make it discoverable, therefore it can't connect with the enbrighten app and of course, it can't connect to Alexa. The whole point of why I got these were to be able to control lights by voice, and that's not working. I called enbrighten tech's support and it went to voicemail saying that EVERYONE is apparently in a team meeting...I kid you not. Stay away from these. Buy another brand and check to see if there are youtube videos of people installing them and running them on Alexa. There's not a whole lot of enbrighten info out there and I think this is why.

New firmware may cause your lights to flicker
These are fantastic switches. You can hold up or down to dim. If you run into a wicked flickering issue I'd reccomend downgrading the firmware from the jasco github. Do this before getting any kind of load resistors. They typically don't help unless you got like a single .5w load.

Died after 8 months :(
I bought 4 of these. They worked fine with my dimmable LEDs and with SmartThings. However one of the four just died after 8 months of use, so not too happy about that.

Works great with SmartThings. Wiring is eay too
Needed to add a smart controlled light recently and went with this model as I already have multiple GE/Embrighten Z-Wave switches from the old standard Z-Wave to the newer Z-Wave plus. This is one of the newest models and they have definitely made improvements. As far as installation goes the switch is physically smaller then the older models which makes it easier to fit into the electric box. Plus you can now swap the hot and load wires and it figures it out. I didn't as I knew which was which but that would be real handy if you didn't know as you wouldn't have to trace out wires. Plus it was discovered by SmartThings with no issues on the first try. Overall great product.

Had to battle it out - Samsung Smart Things tech support VS Enbrighten tech support
I have about 40 or 50 GE smart switches in my house over the last 4 to 5 years so I’m very accustomed to installing and configuring these. So imagine my surprise when I order the newest model from Enbrighten it doesn’t work with the Samsung smart things - Even though it absolutely says that is supported on its box and marketing materials. So after making six or seven individuals support calls to both tech-support team I finally put three of us on a conference call. It was absolutely ridiculous to hear each company pointing the finger at each other. Regardless to make a very long and frustrating story short I was very disappointed with the Samsung smart home team. These guys have been calm increasingly difficult to deal with over the last three or four years - not just these switches but all other Samsung products in my house. I will never buy any additional Samsung gear for my house because of their horrible support and changing things without any consideration for the customer but that’s another story. However the Enbrighten tech-support team was just AMAZING to find and work with me to find work arounds to get it to work with Samsung Smarthome. They stayed on the phone with me to get it working - while the Samsung team decided to leave the call to take other calls because it wasn’t in their troubleshooting guide. GREAT customer service Enbrighten - you have a lifelong customer here now!! Samsung - you should take notes from these guys.

Works well!
I donno what other people have as LED light bulbs I installed this GE Smart Dimmer switch and pair it with Smart Things, and it even dim my non-dimming LED spot lights No flickering! Excellent

Easy to install
What I really wanted was a Z-wave switch that works without a neutral wire, but I could only find it in a dimmer option. It works well, but I would prefer a simple on-off for the application I needed the switch for. If it ever comes in a No-neutral on-off switch I would exchange out the switch where I have it. It does work well as far as No-neutral required

Dimmable LED light flickering after 30mins of use
Bad quality product! I had the earlier version, that still works. This one only works for 30mins then LED lights start to flicker (I guess it heats up!) I’m using it for 9W x 6 LED lights, way within product limit! Still not working as it suppose! Going back for sure

Good Product
Great Product... Timely delivery...

Not compatible with dimmable LED lightbulbs. Causes flickering.
These switches cause flickering with dimmable LEDs. I've used the first generation GE Enbrighten dimmers and they had no such problems. These switches also lack features from the first generation switches, such as the light turn on / turn off time is no longer adjustable. Avoid these dimmers.
