The curved bill protects the face against sun, snow and rain. Reflective piping along the brim and a reflective logo patch on the back enhances visibility to keep wearers safe and seen. Wear this soft fleece baseball cap alone or add the Skullerz 8945 & 8945F(x) Universal Bump Cap Inserts (sold separately) for protection against bumps, scrapes, bruises and other minor head injuries when working in cramped spaces. An interior elastic band helps keep the bump cap in place when being worn. Wish I had this earlier in the winter
I got this late in the winter, but still got to use it on a couple of cold & windy mornings walking the dogs. Huge improvement over wearing just a regular baseball cap, especially in the wind. The material is a very stretchy fleece, so the hat has the "look" of a baseball cap, but the feel of a winter hat. I could pull the flaps up around the cap when they weren't needed and down when I was cold. I'm looking forward to using this next winter.

Cold weather helper
Telling you this is a great lookin hat would be a lie. Whether the earflaps are up or down, it's kinda bulky and funky lookin. But since it's made to keep your ears covered like a beanie cap, and still have a bill to keep the wind and snow out of your face and not for style, I'll have to give it five stars. Nice thickness soft material and pulls down to give good coverage. I like it.

Fits slightly big and loose
This Ergodyne cap has a baseball style bill, and foldable ear flaps that can be worn up or down. The black polyester fleece material is very soft, stretchable, and sufficiently warm in cold winter weather. It has reflective trim on the bill, and a nice reflective Ergodyne logo on the back. It’s one size fits all, but fits slightly big and loose, not snug. It has good depth, but the band is unstructured and relatively loose, so the bill tends to slide down and ride low. I do like having a bill to keep the sun out of my eyes and it’s very comfortable to wear. It’s a functional, well made, good looking hat that’s ideal for cold or windy weather. At under $25, it’s a good value and I recommend this cap, especially to those with larger hat sizes or hair styles.

Feels pretty good
Seems like a good option to keep your head warm if you prefer a cap with a bill versus a typical knit/beanie style hat. Stretches well to fit my head, and feels like it would work well still for people with much larger heads. The ear/neck cover is maybe a little short or tight, I am not sure which, but it feels like it might roll or slide up a little with movement. I haven't had a chance to really try the hat out since the weather is actually starting to warm up this season. Cap feels nice and seems well constructed, but time will tell if its built last.

Chilly weather ballcap, keep sun or rain out of face
Nice ball hat with a flap that can fold down if desired to keep ears warm. Probably best for like fall, or spring. The bill should help keep the sun and rain, snow off your face, glasses, etc.

Combines my love of wearing ball caps with my love of not being cold
Since I was a kid I've loved wearing hats, and to this day I wear a hat most days. For most of the year, this is no issue. But the winter months, and I should note that I'm very cold-sensitive, this can be an issue if I'm working outside for a prolonged period. If I'm just running out to the car and to a store, a regular hate is fine. But if I'm doing yardwork or building something outdoors in December, January, February, my ears freeze. Usually I just put on a beanie in such situations, but while that gives me warmth, it doesn't give a "hat like" experience. This items combines my love of wearing a hat with my love of having a warm head. It has a very soft fleece-like finish with a firm brim. The side/back is longer and perfectly goes over my ears and even covers some of my neck. It's super lightweight and unlike a beanie, gives me the comforting sight of a bill in my sightline that I'm so accustomed to. Highly recommend!

Warm winter hat, but uncomfortable headband.
This winter hat has a neat utilitarian look and works well in cold weather, but the interior headband is not great. The headband is not padded, which for me made it uncomfortable to wear for long periods of time. I do like the ear flaps on this hat, which are great in windy or cold weather. I think this winter hat could work for someone that doesn't mind the unpadded elastic headband, but it's my fault for not double checking the product photos.

Great hat but a little too big
Hat feels great and is very comfy. Only issue is it's a little too big. Iam a size 7/14 and it's fits a little too loose.
