Ok chair

This is an ok chair. I think the back could be better in terms of support but for the price range it’s ok. I wish I had paid extra for the attached foot rest model. The headrest is a nice feature.

Meh

I've had this chair for about 4 months, and the hydraulics have completely gone out. Every time I raise the chair, it sinks back down within minutes, and the nonexistent 'lock' feature is useless. Otherwise it's been great, comfortable to sit in for long days.

Awesome

I got it for back to school for my desk since the one I currently had was causing back issues. This is a really great chair so far. All the teachers ask where I bought it. I haven’t had it very long but it is really sturdy and my husband said it didn’t take long to put together & that it was easy to put together. I absolutely love the comfort and the color of the chair. I’ve gained a lot of weight due to not being able to be very active after a herniated disc pain in my back and this chair is great if you worried it won’t hold up.

Very comfortable for the price.

Bought this product because other similar products seemed to be overpriced. Gonna have to see how long it lasts and how durable it is long-term, but as a first impression, it's bang for the buck.

Easy to assemble but no product support and a design flaw.

The chair came quickly and is reasonably priced. Unfortunately, there is a design flaw, or possibly my specific chair is out of spec - I can't tell because support is acting like a wall and you can't communicate with them. The issue is between the gas lift cartridge and the mechanism which it attaches to at the bottom of your seat. The tolerance is out of spec (or the spec is flawed) which causes some give even when the chair is locked. This makes it impossible for the chair to be completely upright and you end up being slightly tilted back which makes the chair much less functional. I think I'll probably return it but I don't have a car and it's hard to make it to their drop-off points, but I do have a month to do so hopefully I'll get some assistance. In short, I would say it's a decent chair if you're not looking for the ability to sit completely upright - that's your call. If you do need to be able to sit 100% upright I would not recommend it at all.

Right for the price

Order a pad for the seat, or spend the difference on a better chair. If the seat had a little more padding it would be perfect, everything else is great!

Overall great chair that doesn't cost $300

Not the kost prominent lumbar support but it's useful. Neck rest is prime and overall comfort is great
