"Knob Style" Puzzle cut, Just not for me.

Quality seemed fine other than a few chunks sticking together. Unfortunately this missed the mark for me because of the "cut" style of the pieces. If you look this up it's called a "Knob Style" and this makes edge pieces extremely hard to identify. The sizes range significantly so all in all maybe it's just too difficult for me. The image is amazing though!

Good Buy

You need a lot of patience if you want to complete this puzzle. I got this puzzle for my dad and I because I wanted a challenge. I didn't realize we'd spend so long working on it (a couple months). This puzzle is mostly shades of black, gray, brown, and orange. The middle part of the puzzle is easy because it's the only blue part. Beware: this puzzle has very oddly shaped pieces.

Came perfectly packaged. Bought as a gift. Not a puzzle person, but looks fun yet difficult. Beautiful as well if chosen to be decorated with! Gift recipient was excited about it. Enjoy!

Excellent Purchase

If you are looking for a jigsaw challenge...then look no further. Lots of different shaped and similar coloured pieces provide quite a challenge. Only slight downside is that the surface of the pieces is quite glossy and can make identifying the true colours a bit awkward.

Beware of darker version of puzzle

There are two different versions of the puzzle. If you look closely at the images, you can see the box design and the pctures are different. The version I received was a lot darker than the main image for the product, which made it very difficult to complete (so many of the pieces looked an identical black) I've contacted Amazon to tell them about this problem and return the item, They said they were at fault but they haven't fixed the problem

Overall great, quite labour-intensive

I am very happy with this puzzle. It is difficult (obviously), but the end result was worth it. I really enjoyed the weird shapes of the pieces. Makes for an interesting change after the "standard" cut of Ravensburger puzzles. Negatives: Some pieces were stuck together.
