Only one wash and falling apart, but customer service is good!

I haven’t tested these socks during skiing yet but I tried them on at home and did some cardio. They’re padded nicely and definitely keep my feet less sweaty than cotton socks. However, after one wash the threading is already coming undone and they are fuzzing up. I was planning on using them every year but it’s disappointing since it seems like they will only last one trip. Update: I contacted customer service and they replied promptly with a full refund. I trust the seller and will give their product a second try!
